What Makes Us Different
Crimson manages every aspect of its transactions - from acquisition, through development and liquidation - in order to ensure the highest performance of the asset and highest return to investors. Crimson performs its own value-added services, which often include major construction, usage changes, re-tenanting or ground-up construction.
Projects are financed by a combination of personal equity from the Fund Managers and outside institutional equity and debt. We use appropriate debt levels on each investment property in order to take advantage of favorable interest rates and increase investor returns.
Crimson's key differentiators include our expertise in sophisticated financial analysis as well as the ability to source exceptional opportunities, irrespective of market conditions. We are a team of investment professionals, construction professionals and leasing/management specialists. We do not rely on outside brokers or consultants to make decisions for us. We do it ourselves.
Additionally, Investment Managers are compensated only though success fees as a carried interest, no hidden fees or commissions. The Crimson Funds are different -- our integrity and incentive structure means our investment managers work harder than anyone else for our investors.
The Crimson BridgePoint team has been working together since 2002. The team brings together sophisticated financial expertise with a no-excuses local operating team that knows the neighboring landscape well.
